My practice: 🧘🏽 Settles my nervous system. 🧘🏻 Grounds me in the present moment. 🧘🏽 Helps me with #anxiety. 🧘🏼 Allows me to be fully present when I see my next patient and their family. 🧘🏾‍♂️ Helps restore #empathy for myself, and others. 🧘🏼‍♀️ Brings me a sense of balance and ease.
